Success Path

If you ask ten entrepreneurs what their definition of success it, you will get ten different answers. So, I will just share the definition of success as Paula sees it for the purpose of the primary program that is offered here to uplevel your success in your own independent experience, as a part of this community and most importantly for the greater good of the collective consciousness!

Success is defined by achieving a sense of fulfillment, freedom and flow in your life. This may mean that you write that book, or that you have 20 clients per week. It may mean that you achieve life balance and better manage your time. For some, it may start with cleaning out that damn junk drawer…and for others, it may mean it’s time to hit six or even seven figures…

In order to achieve success in any area of your life, there must be a clear vision of the “walk” to get there. Here at ConsciousPreneurs International, I have create five disctinct training modules to help you truly get clear and uplevel your path of success.

In order for you to move through each level to the next on the success path you have to finish each module to unlock the next. The path will not be the same for each member as we are all at different stages in our success. Completing stage one, Clarity, of the path will determine the other modules.

This process is streamlined and if you are diligent about following through in the allotted time given for each step, you WILL attain success in whatever form you feel is relevant success for you and your own individual energetic signature.

Here is a brief overview of how the path will go:

 Stage 1: Clarity – In this stage you will be take a thorough assessment to determine if you are in start up, clean up or uplevel status. Once you determine which area you are in, you will then be given the access to the modules that will allow for your growth in one of the three directions most relevant to you.

Stage 2: Readiness – By the time you complete Module 2, you will have a clear path of action to execute and feel a fare deeper level of confidence in your purpose and ability to achieve success as well as serve others in doing so!

Start up – For a start-up business, You need to set up all of the “bones” of the business. In this module we will go over each and EVERY step to ensure you are well footed, supported and READY to actually do business.

Clean up – If you have an existing business, but you are not making money or you are not happy with how it’s performing, this module will provide a new perspective on how to really focus in on the areas that you ENJOY the most so that you can really get things in order to move the business and your motivation level to one that can move like a locomotive!

UP-Level – You have and existing business that you love, but you just can’t seem to get any traction… This module will cover a series of action steps to refocus the mindset, marketing and management to really MOVE your business to the next level!

Stage 3: Action! This module is really something that you will have created in stage 2 with the guidance of the course. You will have a set of action steps that are engineered to support you - body, mind and spirit, and your business stability, income and presentation. The primary goal here is to commit to action! And that is where this community comes in! We will hold each other accountable!! We will cheer each other on!! We will celebrate the big and the small wins!! Together…we are better!!

Stage 4: Add the $0!!! When we are honoring ourselves, honoring our action steps, walking with a supportive community, our businesses WILL only succeed. It is Divine law! In this stage, you get to really put all of the creation from the first three stages into play. Some of you will do this in a week, some will do this over the course of a year, and it does not matter where you are in any given stage, as it is all based on your own pace. However, if you really want success, this is where the rubber meets the road… This stage is about motion!!! Let’s practice all of what’s been created and watch our life, our income, our freedom grow into a new place that is unrecognizable…

Now here’s the catch… This is the stage that many people get snagged up… They start to move… They start to attain success, and income and a sound client base, but they may get afraid of the change, or they may rest on their laurels. But if you are a part of an authentic, humble, and inspiring tribe that you can “rat yourself out” to, that you can lean on to find your mojo again, you WILL add that $0. You will find that freedom. You will learn how to breakthrough to that next level!!!

Stage 5: Give - I haven’t met an entrepreneur in any field, consciousness or otherwise, that didn’t have a heart to support others in some way. Whether that was to teach, to donate time or money, or to support other loved ones. There is no specific training for this. But in this module, you will have the opportunity to tune in to your heart of service and determine what lights you up, what fulfills you and brings you honor to give to others… THIS is about soul… THIS is about love… THIS is about sharing your ear or your advice or even your tough love… and no matter what THIS is for your personally, it is necessary, it is needed and it is wanted here in this community… THIS right here…is THE WHY.
